- Current high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the United States (or select DoD schools)
- Evaluated on the basis of demonstrated leadership in academics, school, community, and civic activities, as well as personal character and the motivation to serve and succeed
- U.S. Citizens; U.S. Nationals; U.S. Permanent Residents; Refugees; Asylees; Cuban-Haitian Entrants; or Humanitarian Paroles
- Seniors anticipating completion of a high school diploma during the academic year in which application is made
- Seniors planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. postsecondary institution
- Seniors carrying a minimum 3.0 GPA at the end of their junior year of high school
- May not be a child or grandchild of employees, officers or owners of Coca-Cola bottling companies, The Coca-Cola Company, Company divisions or subsidiaries

Amount: $20,000 scholarships(150 awards); $1,000 scholarships(100 awards)

Renewable:$20,000 scholarships are four-year awards.($5,000 awarded to each winner annually.)
